Child abuse is all times high in the world as many boys and girls are the victims of it.

According to Wealth Health Organisation research, approximately 20 per cent of women and 5 to 10 per cent of men reported being abused in childhood, and 25 to 50 per cent of all children reported being physically abused. Child abuse not only includes physical abuse but also emotional and psychological abuse.

In most cases, the abuse goes unreported. According to societies like ISPCAN and other NGOs, child abuse is increasing with the every passing day. It is pertinent to mention that organisations or societies like ISPCAN or NGOs can facilitate the society, however the prime responsibility lies with every law abiding and responsible citizen.

The role of mother and family is vital while a child is growing up. Before, you save them from outsiders, save them from the people who surround you. Most of the children are abused by their close relatives. The question arises here what should we do?

People now-a-days believe that mother is only there to give birth to the child and she is done with her work and now it is the duty of the nanny to take care of the child while mother doesn’t bother to look at her child.

It’s time to condemn people who never think even for once how their one wrong doing can ruin the whole life of a child? May all children remain safe and sound.
