Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday has accepted the suspended cricketer Khalid Latif’s application against the decision of single bench for preliminary hearing. As per the details, the alleged character in Pakistan Super League (PSL) spot-fixing Khalid Latif had filed an intra-court appeal before LHC, and took the stance that anti-corruption unit (ACU) and the tribunal had no right to take any action against the cricketer. Khalid Latif said the decision of single bench was against the facts, and it should be nullified. A two-member bench including Justice Shahid Kareem and Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh will conduct the hearing on Khalid Latif’s application today.
