Minister committed to improve HR situation across the country

Federal Minister for Human Rights Senator Kamran Michael has said that all out efforts are being made to improve the human rights situation across the country.

In this regard, he said that comprehensive IT mechanism (application) will be introduced soon to redress the grievances of human rights violations.

He was chairing a meeting to develop IT mechanism regarding reporting and addressing human rights violations in Islamabad on Wednesday.

Ministry of Human Rights Secretary Ms Rabia Javeri Agha other relevant officials of the ministry were also among the attendants.

Addressing the meeting, minister said that well-coordinated efforts are needed to address the human rights violations. He directed that all concerning officials of the ministry to be vigilant and rectify any untoward incident.

Minister appreciated the commitment of the concerning officers and their efforts to improve the situation of the human rights in Pakistan.
