Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is expected to visit Layyah today where he will perform groundbreaking of a four-lane bridge project on Indus River.
One point five kilometer-long bridge being built at a cost of Rs 7 billion will link Layyah with Taunsa.
The project also include two-lane 20 long approach roads.
The new bridge will considerably reduce distance between Layyah and Taunsa.
All Patwaris and School Head Masters have been assigned to arrange to fill the chairs and the ground. I feel pity for the Liya administration.
