A child maid was allegedly tortured and later fired from her job at midnight on Tuesday in Faisalabad.
The incident took place in the Civil Lines area of Faisalabad Tuesday, when Jawad, the employer, allegedly tortured a 12 year old maid and forced her out of his house at midnight.
The residents of Civil Lines found the maid and protested against the brutal conduct of Jawad outside his house.
The Civil Lines Police immediately came to the scene and shifted the girl to the Police station for medical examination. The police said that action would be taken against the responsible individual after they receive the medical report.
