Punjab education department has decided to hire 1000 security guards for the security of various government schools located in Rawalpindi division.
According to sources, Punjab education department has given approval to hire 1000 security guards for the protection of new science laboratories and computer labs set up in various government Schools in the Rawalpindi Division.
One security Guard will be hired for one school. The positions left by security guards would be filled by hiring retired personnel of Pakistan Army.
Meanwhile, CCTV cameras would be installed in all schools as a part of security measures.
The hiring process would be completed before the starting of summer vacations and the process would be completed in one month.
