ICC ODI rankings: Pakistan retain eighth spot

DUBAI: International Cricket Council (ICC) issued the latest rankings for One-Day Internationals on May 1. Pakistan has retained the eighth position in the latest ICC ODI rankings.

South Africa has maintained its spot as number one in ODIs while Australia and India are not far behind being at number two and three positions, respectively. Both Aussies and the blue shirts are separated by one-point gap.

New Zealand ranks at number four with 115 points, just two points behind India and six points ahead of England ranking at number 5.

Sri Lanka and Bangladesh rank above Pakistan with 93 and 91 points, respectively. The green shirts are slightly behind with 88 points in their card.

The team led by Sarfraz Ahmed won ODI series against West Indies during April by which the hosts lost 2 points.
