KARACHI: Police have arrested at least three suspects in various search operations in Karachi, late on Tuesday night.
Identification documents of around a hundred people were checked in an operation in the Site B area. However, no one was detained in the process.
Two of the suspects Muneer (Munna) and Allahrakha, were allegedly involved in street crime in the Shah Faisal area of Karachi. Security forces also recovered one motorcycle and ammunition from the suspects’ possession.
Police also arrested a suspect Javed in a targeted operation in North Karachi, who has been accused of constructing a marriage hall on government property.
