Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s daughter Maryam Nawaz tweeted on Wednesday that the ruling Sharif family extolled the legal services of their counsel in the Panama Papers case. Earlier, there were media reports that the Prime Minister was unhappy by their lawyer, Salman Akram Raja, over the Panama verdict. Maryam Nawaz praised Raja for his service and she admired his legal credentials.

In response to a Twitter user, Maryam Nawaz said that even Akram Sheikh and other lawyers were ‘competent professionals’ and ‘we have the highest respect for them’.
