ISLAMABAD: Maryam Nawaz, PML-N leader and daughter of PM Nawaz Sharif, labelled the PTI chief Imran Khan a ‘liar’ in a tweet on Tuesday.
She was responding to an allegation made by the PTI Chairman Imran Khan, according to which the Prime Minister had tried to bribe him for holding his silence over the Panama case.
The PTI chief had claimed earlier that he was offered an amount up to Rs 10 billion by the Prime Minister to keep quiet over the Panama scandal case, which he refused.
IK’s allegation at this stage doesn’t make any sense as well, when case already forwarded for further investigations and he has no more role to help proceedings. he should come up with this earlier in proceedings.
