The occasional blackouts across the country call into question tall claims by the government to end load shedding by the end of 2017. There is no doubt that the government has initiated many power projects like Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park, Sahiwal Coal Fired Power Plant and now Bhikki Gas Turbine Power Plant to reduce the plight of people and resolve energy crisis in the country but to the surprise of many, nothing fruitful has been achieved so far as people across the country are chanting slogans against the government for this never ending load shedding. Khadim-e-Punjab, now it is high time to fulfil the promises that you have made to this innocent nation otherwise that day is not far when like Imran Khan you will also lose your credibility. Khadim-e-Punjab, those who have good intentions make promises but those with good character also keep them.
