It seems that in addition to being an astounding Bollywood actor, Saif Ali Khan is also one exemplary father! In a new statement, Said Ali Khan has said that he will not force any religion on his son Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi, who was born in December last year.
He says that he will try that his son is a wonderful ambassador of the country. “He will be free to choose whatever religion he likes. I want him to be a liberal, open-minded and down-to-earth guy the way we are,” the actor said while talking to a local publication.
Saif also said that he always liked the name, Taimur, ever since he was a little child. He also said that he and his wife, Kareena had first decided to go with a western name for their child but then settled on a Muslim name because he wanted “a name from his culture.”
The actor also added that he found it difficult to talk about his love for his children at first.
