In order to harness managerial and administrative skills of rescue officials, the Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122) has established a Managers Training Centre (MTC) at the Emergency Services Academy (ESA).
Deputy Director HR Dr Fawaad Shahzad Mirza has been designated as MTC director for an effective human resource management.
Addressing the first batch of managers comprising of store keepers and senior store keepers on Friday, Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122) DG Dr Rizwan Naseer said that an efficient inventory management is essential to ensure timely availability of lifesaving machinery. He said that competent managers are essential for the success of any system.
Dr Fawad Shahzad Mirza, head of Law and Administration Ali Hassan, Emergencey Officer (Store and Logistic) Ali Raza Baig and others were also present on the occasion.
