KP Assembly to demand PM’s resignation

The spokesman of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Shah Farman has said that in light of Supreme Court decision on Panama case, the KP government is going to pass a resolution for demanding resignation from PM Nawaz Sharif.

Welcoming the decision of Supreme Court on Panama case, Shah Farman advised PM Nawaz Sharif to resign from the slot as he had lost moral ground to hold the post as PM any more. He said the resignation of Nawaz Sharif would enhance the dignity of the country.

He said two senior most judges of Supreme Court have declared Nawaz Sharif as not ‘Amin’ and ‘Sadiq’ which was a proof that Nawaz Sharif was a culprit and he was no more eligible for the slot. Shah Farman said the formation of Joint Investigation Team (JIT) for corruption case against PM Nawaz Sharif and his family was a proof that he was criminal as JIT was formed for investigation against the persons involved in heinous crimes.

Shah Farman said as Nawaz Sharif could not provide money trail of his illegal property and business then how could he provide money trail or solid proof to JIT. Shah Farman said in light of Supreme Court verdict, the investigation of JIT could open all closed accounts and ex-crimes of Nawaz Sharif and his family that would be shameful therefore Nawaz Sharif should immediately resign, Shah Farman concluded.
