Social Welfare Department has distributed course completion certificates among 12 women who have been trained in different skills and trades during the training workshop in Dera Ismail Khan.

Shah Zaman, an official of the Social Welfare Department said that the women were trained in basic sewing, cutting, tailoring, embroidery, and designing during the training workshop, a private news channel reported.

Shah Zaman said that aim of the training was to assist domestic women to earn livelihood in a respectable manner. The free vocational trainings to domestic women were underway in the three other training centres of the district, he added.
