There is a need ponder on the creation of a well enhanced library for men and women – especially for those performing in competitive exams. Today our poor city has talented youth but unfortunately, extreme poverty and the high rate of commodities has compelled them to make both end meets by teaching for low wages. They can’t go to Lahore and Karachi to polish their skills in order to appear in competitive exams.
A well established Library for CSS aspirants is the need of the hour for the poor yet talented youth of Shikarpur.
The competent authority and respectable MPAs of our city are requested to provide such a well established library so that it would be easier for the sons and daughter of poor to fulfill their dreams.
