Met department predicts hot weather for Pakistan

KARACHI: Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted the hot weather for the country for the next several days.

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country whereas very hot weather is expected in Naseerabad, Makran, Sibbi, Sukkar, Nawabshah, Larkana, Hyderabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, D.G Khan, D.I Khan and Faisalabad divisions for the next 24 hours.

The weather department has forecasted mainly hot and dry weather in most parts of the country for the next 48 hours. Rain-thunderstorm is expected at few places in Malakand Division, FATA and Gilgit- Baltistan. while the very hot weather is expected in Naseerabad, Makran, Sibbi, Sukkar, Nawabshah, Larkana, Hyderabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, D.G Khan, D.I Khan, Sargodha and Faisalabad divisions.

The weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country, while very hot and dry weather prevailed in Sindh, South Punjab and South Balochistan.

According to the synoptic weather situation, continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country.
