Commissioner Abbas Baloch has directed officers of various Nation Building Departments to realise their responsibilities, redouble their efforts to complete the development schemes in stipulated period and ensure the quality of the work without any delay, he also warned that any kind of slackness in this regard will not be tolerated.
This he said while presiding over a meeting of officers of various nation building departments of Larkana district to review the progress of various development schemes in the districts at his office here on Friday.
The commissioner directed the officers of executing agencies to complete the development schemes under the Annual Development Programme (ADP) in time.
He also directed the officials of Works & Services, Public Health Engineering Department, Buildings and other departments to redouble their efforts to complete the developmental schemes in time, so that the people could benefit from such schemes.
He told the meeting that he will soon pay a visit to review various ongoing schemes in the division.
Deputy Commissioner Kashif Ali Tipu briefed the meeting regarding the progress of development schemes in detail.
The meeting was also attended by heads of various nation building departments.
