Sit-in of Pak Sarzameen Party enters eighth day

KARACHI: The sit-in of Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) over the issue of public facilities in continued for an eighth day as its negotiations with Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) delegation failed.

The protest is being held in front of Karachi Press Club, until their demands are fulfilled.

According to details, a delegation of the ruling party, PPP went to negotiate with PSP. However, after the dialogues between both the parties, PPP leader and Minister of Transport Nasir Shah said that the government has accepted some demands while some of the demands need further discussion. He said that he hoped this sit in would end soon.

On the other hand, PSP leader Dr. Sagheer defended the stance of his party any saying, “If our demands are not fulfilled, we shall take our protest to Islamabad.”
