Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has foiled a bid to smuggle heroin worth millions of rupees to Dubai from Lahore Allama Iqbal International Airport.
Sources said that ANF recovered more than 2 kg heroin from possession of a passenger on Lahore Airport.
Suspect Ghulam Habib wanted to fly to Dubai by a private airline. According to ANF officials, during checking of his luggage more than 2 kilo heroin worth millions of rupees was recovered from his possession.
ANF while off-loading the suspect arrested him and shifted him to an undisclosed place for further interrogation.
