Sindh governor inaugurates school in Bahria Town

KARACHI: Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair on Saturday inaugurated Roots Millennium School ‘FUTURE WORLD CAMPUS’ at Bahria Town Karachi, in a ceremony held at the school campus.

The ceremony was attended by management and staff members of Bahria Town and Roots Millennium School, along with residents of Bahria Town and other parts of the city.

The inauguration ceremony commenced with the reception of the chief guest Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair by, Bahria Town VCE Zain Malik, Karachi Bahria Town COO Admiral Hayat Khan, RMS Chief Executive Chaudhry Faisal Mushtaq and the management teams of RMS and Bahria Town Karachi.

The governor at the occasion praised Bahria Town by saying, “Just as you turn left from the highway, you see nothing but a new world. This is through management, professionalism, commitment, dedication, and Bahria town has demonstrated that right in the heart of the city and have created this difference. This is what’s called quality service delivery at the world level. It is a success story. This place is better than Dubai’ He added, “I came here in December and am amazed to see the difference on this visit. This is called fast development.”

The Sindh governor congratulated the management of Bahria Town on establishing a world-class institution to promote quality education in this world class project.

In his welcome speech, Faisal Mushtaq acknowledged the role of Bahria Town by saying, “I was awestruck when I saw the development and opportunities in Bahria Town Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi. This organisation led by the vision of Chairman Malik Riaz which is nothing but excellence, quality, standard, infrastructure, inclusiveness, and equity”.

He thanked Malik Riaz for providing the land and infrastructure for the school.

The campus is sprawling over 7 acres of land having numerous state-of-the-art facilities inside it for learners, teachers and community like the robotic lab, science lab, computer labs, auditorium, indoor and outdoor playing area, an early year learning centre, exhibition hall, and swimming pools.

Classes are starting from April 10, 2017. Roots Millennium School is offering special 50% discount for the residents of Bahria Town Karachi.
