Weather turns pleasant as rains, hailstorm hit various parts of country

Different areas in Lahore, Multan, Pakpattan, Attock, Chunian, Patoki, Phool Nagar, Samundari, Peshawar, Hangu, Shangla, Skardu, Sohbatpur and Manga Mandi saw rain and hailstorm.

Toba Tek Singh received the highest 59 millimetre rain, Mangla 52, Joharabad 49, Sargodha 47, Gujrat 39, Sialkot 33 and Gujranwala 28 so far.

More rains are predicted in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Dera Ghazi Khan, Multan, Bahawalpur and Sahiwal, Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat, Bannu, Dera Ismail Khan divisions, FATA, Quetta and Zhob during the next twelve hours.

Due to heavy rain fall there is a risk of flash flooding and landsliding in some areas of Malakand, Hazara divisions and Kashmir.

Islamabad 14°C, Lahore 18°C, Karachi 27°C, Peshawar 17°C, Quetta 3°C, Gilgit 9°C, Murree and Muzaffarabad 11°C.
