Pakistan Young Pharmaceutical Association (PYPA) and Drug Lawyers Forum on Tuesday asked the quarters concerned to ensure fixing of prices of stent in the country.
Addressing a press conference here, Usman Ahmad from Pakistan Young Pharmaceutical Association asked to reduce the prices of those stents which were being imported from Germany or China.
He said that more efforts should be made to facilitate the hepatitis patients by registering more medicines of the disease. He said that with the registration of new medicines of hepatitis disease, the prices of all medicines for hepatitis will further reduce and patients will get relief.
Usman Ahmad also asked the Drugs Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) to further register life saving drugs in the country to help the patients.
