Bilbaik Heritage and Music School has announced to train approximately 60 students and musicians for promotion of art, culture and music industry in the province.
Bilbaik Music School which is a subsidiary institution of Gilgit Educational and Social Welfare Society would provide training and education services to around 60 students in musical equipments in one year with assistance of USAID.
In this connection, a concluding function was held at the school where the passed out students performed on various musical instruments and received warm applause from the audience.
Provincial Minister for Tourism Fida Khan Fida, who was the chief guest on the occasion, distributed certificates among the passed out students upon completion of the course.
A book carrying old songs of the regional languages was unveiled on this occasion. A documentary prepared by the students was shown. The minister appreciated work of the students and wished them success in life.
