KABUL: Afghanistan has said that Pak-Afghan border fencing is out of the question.

This was said by the vice spokesperson for Afghan interior ministry Najeeb Danish who further said that any such installation will be challenged by Afghanistan.

Not to mention, the already strained relationship between Pakistan and Afghanistan will get more difficult with any such action.

Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Saturday said that border areas of Bajaur and Mohmand agencies might be the primary candidates since they are high threat zones, in a statement released by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

Pakistan has repeatedly asked Afghanistan to control terrorists who use Afghanistan’s soil to launch terrorist attacks on Pakistan. The situation has escalated ever since a new wave of terrorist attacks hit Pakistan’s various cities recently.
