KARACHI: The Coordination Committee of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan has given a befitting response to MQM London Chief Altaf Hussain and said that no one has right to doubt mohajirs’ loyalty with the country by seeking help from Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

In a statement, it was said that their ancestors not only participated in freedom movement but also gave sacrifices for the formation of Pakistan.

The Coordination Committee said that the members have proudly considered Pakistan as their beloved homeland whereas their children’s hearts beat for the prosperity of the country.

The committee said that everyone knows that Modi is famous as a butcher of Gujarat whereas its anti-Pakistan policies are visible to all and sundry, therefore, they strongly condemn him and his government.

Earlier, the MQM London chief urged PM Modi to speak out for the rights of the mohajirs in Karachi.

Altaf Hussain said, “I regret to say, you are raising voice on the brutality of Pakistan Army against people of Balochistan but never raise your voice for your own people who lived in Pakistan for centuries.”
