Pak-Afghan cooperation simple put is not possible, A|Afghan government is a proxy of paymaster's USA, Nato countries and India, its very survival, its existence and its finances depend upon them, without them it will not last a day, it cannot do what it wants to do or it must do, it has to do what the paymasters demand.
