Corruption must be buried: Ch Sarwar

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) leader and former governor of Punjab Chaudhry Sarwar on Sunday said that corruption must be buried. Those who obstruct accountability and justice were harming the country and themselves, he said, adding that corruption and terrorism were existential threats for the country which must be eradicated.

Whole nation stands alongside the security forces against terrorists, Sarwar said. Imran Khan’s war on corruption will eventually meet success and the PTI is manifesting national political desires, he claimed.

He was addressing a workers convention in the Iron here where PTI AJK Secretary General Ghulam Muhayyudin Dewan, PTI Lahore President Waleed Iqbal, PTILahore General Secretary Hammad Azhar, MNA ticket holder Muhammad Madni and dozens of workers were also present.

Sarwar further added that the nation would not forgive corrupt people but will put them behind bars and recover the looted wealth. Dewan Ghulam Muhayyudin said that the PTI was fighting for national interests and will succeed in the eradication of corruption with the help of the people.

Waleed Iqbal said that government has added only to the worries of the people and the nation was united under the leadership of Imran Khan to eradicate corruption. Hammad Azhar said that the people will choose the PTi to end corruption in the country. Muhammad Madni said that Pakistan will become a democratic nation and a prosperous country by removing the hindrances and obstacles that the common man faces under the leadership of Imran Khan.
