David James announced to visit Pakistan for football league

KARACHI: English footballer David James has also announced to visit Pakistan to play in a football league that is due to be played in Karachi in July, according to media reports. 

The English goalkeeper David James has represented Manchester United and Liverpool in his career. James played 572 premier league matches and no goal has been scored against him in eight years.

Earlier, Brazilian legend Ronaldinho also announced to visit Pakistan and seemed excited about his tour. Ronaldinho first released a short video message on Twitter saying ‘Pakistan, I am coming’.

Pakistan cricket star Shahid Afridi also took to Twitter to welcome Ronaldinho to Pakistan. Ronaldinho responded to Afridi’s message and said he is looking forward to visit Pakistan. The football legend also praised Shahid Afridi and said that he would like to meet him when he comes to Pakistan.

Both Ronaldinho and David James will be in action in a football league that will be played in Karachi in July this year.

The football league is in touch with other big names of the game as well, and announcement of more international footballers participating in the league can be made in coming days.
