A plan has been evolved to construct 8 new model colleges, a degree college, home economics college, 5 model schools and 4 montessori schools in rural and urban areas of federal capital.
According to reports, as per documents Ministry of CADD has announced to set up 8 new model colleges including 5 Boys model colleges and 3 girls model colleges in different sectors and rural areas of Islamabad.
As many as 2 boys colleges will be constructed in G-13 and one each in G-15, Pak Town and Margalla town while 3 girls colleges will be set up in G-14, G-13 and I-10 sectors respectively.
Media reports said that one degree college for boys will be constructed in G-15 sector and home economics college for girls will be established in F-11 sector.
Five model schools including 3 girls model schools and 2 boys model schools will also be constructed. These schools will be constructed in Khanna Dak, E-9, sectors B-17, F-17 and Dhok Mangial.
Four montessori schools will be built in Ghora Shahan, Rawal Town, Hummak and PWD Colony.
