Brazillian football legend Ronaldinho to visit Pakistan

Leisure Leagues has set Pakistan a date with the Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho, who will be visiting the country soon.

The 36-year-old is a 2002 World Cup winner with his national team and is known for his great achievements during his club career with the likes of Barcelona and Paris-Saint Germain.

Ronaldinho is reportedly going to participate in an exhibition match in Leisure Leagues Pakistan’s attempt to promote football in the country.

Brazilian legend was part of Brazil’s squad when they won 2002 Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) World Cup (WC). He played a key role in winning the title along with other legends like Ronaldo and Rivaldo.

Ronaldinho was awarded FIFA World Player of the Year in 2004 and 2005.

His arrival will not only promote the game in Pakistan but will also endorse Pakistan’s positive image and help in revival of international events.

The date of Ronaldinho’s visit will be announced later.
