Four killed in separate road accidents

KARACHI: Four persons were killed in separate road incidents in the city on Saturday.

According to rescue sources, Abdul Wahid, aged 30, was riding a bike when an unknown vehicle hit him near Shershah Bridge. As a result, he died on the spot.

The body was moved to the Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) for an autopsy.

Separately, a 60-year-old unknown man was killed when he was crossing the road and a speedy vehicle hit him near Hawksbay Road. The body was sent to the CHK for postmortem.

In addition, a 30-year-old unknown man was killed, when he was riding a bike and unidentified vehicle hit him near Jamali Bridge area of Superhighway. The body was sent to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for an autopsy.

Meanwhile, 18-year-old boy, Zoheeb was killed when he was crossing the railway track and a train overran him in Baloch Colony. The body was shifted to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for an autopsy.
