SUKKUR: At least 16 militants including a commander laid down arms and surrendered before the Rangers in Sukkur on Thursday.
The surrendered militants handed over their huge cache of weapons to Rangers officials. The militants belonged to Sukkur and Kachy area of Larkana while a commander Jilalur Din belonged to Sui area.
