Joint search operations were conducted by the Punjab Rangers, police, and intelligence agencies in Lahore, Dera Ghazi Khan, Attock, and Rajan Pur. The law enforcement officials arrested 49 suspects and recovered ammunition and liquor from their possession.
Punjab Rangers Director General Maj Gen Azhar Naveed Hayat Khan along with Sutlej Rangers Commander Brig Asim Gardezi visited different areas of Lahore to monitor security tasks being performed by Rangers and police troops.
The DG acknowledged the efforts of police and other law enforcement agencies involved in the joint security mechanism and instructed the troops to remain vigilant.
