SHARJAH: Quetta Gladiators won by one run against Peshawar Zalmi and got through to the final of the Pakistan Super League, in a nerve-racking playoff Tuesday night.
This was the second straight one-run win for the Gladiators.

The gladiators managed to set a huge target against Peshawar zalmi mostly with the help of Ahmad Shahzad’s wonderful innings. They grabbed the win after Peshawar zalmi collapsed in the last over of the match.
Hafeez made 77 runs on 47 balls, David Malan scored 56, Shahid Afridi scored 34 while captain Sammy was not out at 11 runs.
Ahmed Shahzad was declared man of the match.
With this win, Quetta gladiators have qualified for the PSL final for the second time.
