LAHORE: As the Punjab authorities gave a go-ahead for Pakistan Super League (PSL) final in Lahore on March 5, reports surface that foreign players have expressed their concerns about travelling to Lahore for the much-awaited mega event of the cricket tournament.
The Islamabad United players Brad Haddin and Shane Watson have reservations on coming to Lahore.
The management is reviewing alternate options for replacement of the two players.
There was no official word on the matter.
With only three matches left in the UAE, the PSL and its franchises are figuring out which foreign players will travel to Lahore.
Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has approved holding the final in Lahore on 5th March. The decision was taken at a high-level meeting of Provincial Cabinet Committee in Lahore on Monday.
