COAS Bajwa discusses bilateral ties with UAE PM Shaikh Mohammad in Dubai

DUBAI: Vice President and Prime Minster of the UAE Shaikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum received Monday Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa and his accompanying delegation. According to a press statement issued by the media office of the Dubai ruler, Deputy Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum held a meeting with COAS Bajwa. The statement said Sheikh Mohammed and his guest discussed ways of boosting bilateral relations and cooperation between both the nations as well as a number of military issues and the region’s status quo. Also present at the meeting were Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation and Chief Executive of Emirates Group Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr Anwar Gargash, Dubai Director of Protocol and Hospitality Khalifa Saeed Suleiman and Brigadier Talal Humaid Abdullah Belhoul.
