PPP co-founder Mustafa Khar joins PTI

Renowned politician Mustafa Khar has changed his political ties and joined the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI).

A prominent politician from southern Punjab, Ghulam Mustafa Khar was formerly associated with the Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) and was once of the party’s founding members, having served as the governor and chief minister of Punjab during Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s premiership.

He was formerly married to Tehmina Durrani, the human rights activist and writer.

Khar broke his nearly 50 year long affiliation with the PPP and joined the PTI, sources reported.

  1. PTI should refuse to accept Khar into their party, He is just going to undermine their repute. Imran Khan please stay away from opportunists

    • He needs to do these big guns now because we lost the last elections with the new people who knew nothing about elections
