The government plans to table a bill in the National Assembly about extension of military courts.
A draft bill in this connection was discussed in the meeting of parliamentary parties here on Thursday. Talking to newsmen after the meeting, National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq said the government and the opposition have constituted a sub-committee to further discuss the bill. He said the opposition parties will share the bill with their leadership before the next meeting, which will be held on 27th of this month.
