Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Amir Siraj-ul-haq has said that the government lawyers want Supreme Court (SC) should advise only in Panama case but we want court should give a clear decision.
‘The government lawyers want court should only advise but we want court should give clear decision so that people could get rid of corruption and Pakistan could make progress. The whole nation has set its eyes on SC”, he said this while talking to media outside the SC building during intermission in Panama case hearing on Thursday.
He underlined, ‘I talk of justice rather than politics. All should be held accountable. But the prime minister should be held accountable first because the corruption and government cannot go side-by-side’.
