LAHORE: The preparations are in full swing for the final game of Pakistan Super League (PSL) in Lahore just two days before the inaugural of the event in Dubai.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) assured foreign cricketers of uncompromising security as five teams are all geared up to play for a trophy.
PSL chairman said the players will be given complete security in the country.
Yesterday afternoon, the trophy for 2nd edition of the PSL was officially launched at Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
The trophy dazzles with the innovative crystal fine rocks by using over 50,000 double pointed crystals.
The trophy has taken a total of four months to make from the renderings and mock ups to the final product.
PSL Chairman Najam Sethi, captains of the five participating teams and franchise owners unveiled the trophy.
Later, addressing a press conference, Najam Sethi said that cricket viewers would watch more exciting matches than PSL 1st edition.
Second edition of Pakistan Super League will kick off on Thursday at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
