Kashmiri freedom movement cannot be suppressed: minister

Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique said on Sunday that Kashmiris were peace loving people and that their freedom movement could not be suppressed.

Addressing the rally organised by the PML-N to express solidarity with Kashmiris, he said that India could not keep the people of Kashmir enslaved.

Saad Rafique said that people of Kashmir were innocent and were struggling for their right of freedom, adding that a strong Pakistan would strengthen the Kashmiri freedom movement.

The minister said that all political parties of the country support the demand of the people of Kashmir for their freedom, adding that the whole nation was unanimous over the right of self-determination of the people of occupied Kashmir.

He said that the PML-N had always highlighted the Kashmir issue on all national and international forums, adding that a solution of the Kashmir issue under UN resolutions was required for durable peace in the region.

  1. Its risky affair what you are telling. Paki need to clean terrorists first then free balochistan and then get out from POK. By doing so there will be permanent solution and no need to talk with Papa India.
