It has been seen that at some places – especially in Walton Cantt. – that roads are dug up for sewerage lines but are not repaired by the contractor. This leads one to suspect that repair charges are misappropriated by vested interests. One such example is the DHA turn from Walton road, which is posing a threat to traffic. Someone ought to visit this place and order rectification. Similarly, the DHA main road passing before Patpuri store is in a deplorable state needing repairs which have been inordinately delayed in spite of bringing it to the attention of authorities. This needs quick repairs. The increasing traffic in Lahore Cantt. has posed a difficult situation for motorists due to poor roads.
