LAHORE: Lahore police arrested a large number of kite flyers during raids conducted in different localities of the city.
Following the instructions of Deputy Inspector General Operations Haider Ashraf, police have arrested numerous kite flyers and kite sellers across the city
The DIG took notice after a minor’s throat was slit by a kite string in Harbanspura area and issued a show cause notice to Harbanspura’s SHO while suspending Sub-Inspector Tanveer over negligence.
