Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) member Fawad Chaudhry on Friday said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) MNA Daniyal Aziz should be immediately awarded a ministry to avoid further worsening of his mental health.
Speaking to ARY News, the lawyer said that after serious consultations with senior PTI member Jehangir Tarin and an approval from the party’s Chairman Imran Khan, the party feels that it is of utmost immediacy that Daniyal Aziz be given a ministry, any ministry, otherwise he could be a threat to other parliamentarians.
Fawad Chaudhry said that he would submit a request in both lower and upper houses requesting Nawaz Sharif to seriously consider giving Aziz a ministry as soon as possible to avoid any untoward incident.
It is pertinent to mention here that in a press conference held yesterday, Daniyal Aziz alleged that Jehangir Tareen, his wife, sons and daughter exchanged gifts to the tune of Rs 1647 million during 2009-2013.
As the Panamagate case being heard by the Supreme Court enters its final stage tensions were at a critical level on both sides that also resulted in a brawl in the National Assembly yesterday between MNA’s of both PML-N and PTI.
