CCTV footage of an incident involving lawyers’ misconduct with a civil judge of Lahore has gone viral on social media.
In the video, three advocates, yet to be identified, could be seen threatening the judge of dire consequences if their request was not allowed.
As the situation aggravates, some other lawyers intervene and settle down the situation. An official said the incident occurred in the first week of January and district and sessions judge had managed reconciliation between the parties.
In an identical incident, the Lahore High Court has already issued show cause notices to three advocates.
