Nation will get rid of ‘Sharif’ mafia after Panamagate probe: Imran Khan

DERA GHAZI KHAN: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is holding a public gathering in Dera Ghazi (DG) Khan Sunday (today) to gain masses support on Panama issue.

While addressing the gathering at Dera Ghazi (DG) Khan’s Model town PTI Chairman Imran Khan said that the people of Pakistan will get rid of the ‘Sharif mafia’ once the Panamagate trial at the apex court ends.

“The people of the southern Punjab and Lahore are tired of the ‘Takht-i-Lahore’,” he added.

“You will quickly be free from these people,” he said, referring to the ruling party.

“There is one law for the powerful but another for the common man… Young boys are educated in seminaries and can’t progress in life,” he said.

“We will build a ‘naya Pakistan’ in which boys who receive education can go onto become prime minister,” he vowed.

He announced his intention to “try and build” a Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital in DG Khan.

“It takes a lot of work to build a cancer hospital,” he said.

“If you can’t find jobs, the government will help you find jobs. It is the government’s responsibility to give you social benefits as long as you are jobless,” he said.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) senior leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi while addressing the gathering said that as the Panama gate probe is proceeding towards its final stage its haunting the ruling party (PML-N).
