According to Met Office, the cold and dry weather are expected to continue in most parts of the country during the next 12 hours.
Foggy conditions are expected to continue over plain areas of Punjab and Upper Sindh during night and morning hours.
A minimum temperature of some major cities recorded on Thursday morning:
Islamabad one degree centigrade, Lahore two, Karachi eleven, Peshawar two, Quetta and Muzaffarabad minus three, Gilgit minus six and Murree minus five degree centigrade.
