At least two people died and another critically wounded when a trailer hit a motorcycle here on Tuesday night.
Police said that an over speeding trailer knocked down a motorcycle carrying three people near police picket at the entrance of Thatta city.
Two motorcyclists stated to be hailing from Lyari area of Karachi died on the spot in the accident while another sustained wounds. The bodies and injured were moved to a hospital for medico-legal formalities.
The trailer driver fled the scene of the accident. The police impounded the trailer and bike and after registering a case against the driver at large started efforts for his arrest.
