Barjees inaugurates ‘Save My Kashmir’ postcard campaign

Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan’s Federal Minister Chaudhry Muhammad Barjees Tahir, on Tuesday, inaugurated ‘Save My Kashmir’ postcard campaign.

The campaign was launched by the journalists of Jammu and Kashmir, speaking on the occasion, the minister said, ‘Save My Kashmir’ is a laudable initiative and the fifth generation has been making efforts for freedom of Kashmiris.

Barjees Tahir announced financial grant for the campaign and lauded the efforts of the media for raising Kashmir issue on every platform.

The campaign would highlight the Kashmir issue through one million postcards sent within the country and abroad.

He said that the cards would be sent to the students, international welfare institutions, the United Nations, the United States and British parliamentarians to expose Indian brutalities against innocent Kashmiris in occupied Kashmir.

Speakers lauded the effort of Kashmiri journalists for the success of the campaign.
